FOI campaigns are custom productions that reserve creative time, models, crew, locations and suppliers. The project proposal or invoice controls where it contains a more specific cancellation schedule.
Booking payments
A booking payment reserves production capacity and allows pre-production to begin. It is generally non-refundable once concept work, planning, casting, supplier booking or other committed work has started.
Client cancellation
If a client cancels, FOI will account for work completed and non-recoverable commitments. Any amount paid above earned fees and non-recoverable third-party costs may be returned where applicable. A reschedule or project credit may be offered at FOI’s discretion and remains subject to talent, venue and crew availability.
Rescheduling
Requests should be made as early as possible. Costs already charged by models, locations, travel providers, set vendors or other suppliers may be payable again. Repeated or late changes can require a new production date and revised estimate.
FOI cancellation
If FOI cannot perform and cannot offer a reasonable replacement date or equivalent solution, the client will receive a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered FOI service, less any client-approved third-party costs already incurred.
Digital and completed services
Delivered digital files and completed creative services are not returnable. If a deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope, the client should notify FOI within seven days of delivery with specific details. FOI may correct, replace or re-export the affected material before a refund is considered.
Processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where practical. Bank, payment-gateway, currency-conversion and third-party charges may be deducted when they are not recoverable by FOI.
